At Ritual Somatix, our movement work is rooted in these foundational beliefs:

Wellness is a practice.

Wellness is communal.

Wellness is spiritual.

••᯽••

Our workshops blend movement, ritual, storytelling, and community building to nurture holistic health.

••᯽••

Join us to connect with your body and spirit, find your people, and move together while learning somatic, practical, and metaphysical practices for the ritual maintenance of your wellbeing.

••᯽••

With embodiment and movement as the center of my PhD research, my practice, and my passion, I partner with community members with lived experience as well as specialists across many disciplines to offer holistic sessions in which we can move and be moved together.
